About Me

I'm a cloud security engineer and consultant with 6+ years building and securing AWS infrastructure. My background is in software and systems engineering, and I lean on that foundation to automate security processes, build reusable IaC modules, and make compliance work less manual and more repeatable.

Over time that engineering work pulled me into GRC — I started owning SSP development, NIST 800-53 control implementation, and audit readiness for large enterprise clients. I think the best GRC work is done when people understand the systems, and that's the lens I bring to it. I've gone from repairing computers in Benin to consulting for some of the largest companies in the US, and that journey keeps me hungry to keep growing. Outside of work I'm training for my next marathon, cooking, and reading.

• Designed and built AWS logging infrastructure (CloudTrail, ELB, CloudFront) across 4 regions using CloudFormation and CDK.
• Owned NIST 800-53 compliance for the migration and integration of 31 enterprise applications into a single platform, including SSP development, 270+ control implementations, and weekly audit facilitation.
• Automated AWS security reporting and remediation workflows using Python and CDK, reducing manual reporting time by 25% and storage attack surface by 50%.
• Built and led teams of 3-5 security engineers across access management, vulnerability remediation, and cloud security operations across government and private sector clients.
