About Me

My technology career started over a decade ago when I decided to pursue a Computer Science degree. After completing my degree seven years go, I began my cybersecurity career in Security Operations doing forensics, investigations, and data loss prevention. This background gave me a solid understanding of technical cybersecurity. I transitioned into GRC around 4 years ago and had the opportunity to build out an entirely new GRC program including playing a key role in getting our company ISO 27001 certified and creating our risk management framework.

Now, my goal is to apply my technical capabilities and background to automate and improve the efficiency of GRC processes, especially around audit, risk management, and reporting.
